Join Krista Russo Gordon and Susie Perkins Pallis for our popular kids yoga hybrid class! This unique combination of traditional and aerial yoga for kids will bring your little ones into a space of awareness, creativity, strength and tranquility. Featuring a different focus each week, this 45-minute class will incorporate traditional yoga poses for kids that are specifically designed to enhance core strength, balance, concentration and full-body coordination. Children will also use the aerial yoga hammock in various ways, including to stretch, strengthen and rest. The instructors will also introduce an array of breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques for kids, which your children can incorporate into their daily lives as coping skills. No previous yoga experience required. Classes are limited to 14 participants.
Aerial Yoga for Teens & Tweens

These aerial yoga classes for teenagers and pre-teens will help your children learn and practice aerial yoga poses, using the aerial hammock to lighten up, breathe and explore all that their bodies can do. During their 60-minute aerial yoga experience, your tweens and teens will build strength and confidence, as they develop flexibility and ease and explored a variety of aerial yoga poses and transitions. Class ends with a deep rest in a silk cocoon. No prior experience is necessary and all are welcome. Classes are limited to 14 participants.
High Flyers Club: Advanced Aerial Yoga for Teens & Tweens
Wednesdays @ 4:30-5:30 PM
Is your teen experienced enough and ready to take their aerial yoga practice to the next level? Sign them up for this advanced teen aerial yoga class, where they will begin to master more challenging aerial yoga poses, transitions and sequences. They will start with a carefully crafted warm-up, then simply follow the step-by-step instructions and modifications to take flight! Class will end with a cooldown and a well-deserved rest. Class is limited to 10 students.
Requirements: Instructor approval is required to attend this class. If your t(w)een is currently attending Aerial Yoga for Teens & Tweens and would like to move up to this class, please send us an email and/or discuss their eligibility with their instructor.
Summer Aerial Yoga for Teens & Tweens

Join Susie Pallis for some summer fly time! Teens and tweens ages 10-17 will learn and practice aerial yoga poses, using the aerial hammock to lighten up, breathe and explore all that their bodies can do. This aerial yoga class builds strength and confidence, encourages flexibility and ease, and ends with a deep rest in a silk cocoon. No prior experience is necessary and all are welcome.
This class is drop-in style, come when you can, no commitment.

Back by popular demand! Parents, do you want to spend some unique and exciting quality time with your child? Build your bond and share this aerial yoga experience together. This special workshop will incorporate both individual and partner poses, including inversions, balancing and stretching. You and your child will leave feeling strong and relaxed.
Appropriate for parents and kids ages 6-10. No previous aerial yoga experience required.
Parent & Child Partner Aerial Yoga Level 2

By special request—your favorite class is leveling up! Apply the skills you’ve already learned, and build on all the fun and challenge of our original (Level1) Parent & Child workshop. Enjoy some familiar and some new upside down, and inside and outside the silk partner poses. Plus, add a little more strength, stretching and balancing to reach higher heights!
Requirements: A minimum of 2 Parent & Child Partner Aerial Yoga Level 1 are required to attend this workshop.
NOTE: If your child is sick with any type or severity of symptom, please do not bring them in for class and call or email the studio to let us know they are unable to make it. If your child needs to miss a class, please alert their instructor, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 978 257 0075 no less than 6 hours prior to the start of class. This will allow you to schedule a make-up, if one is available during the current session, as well as give another child a chance to take the available spot. If you cancel less than 6 hours prior to the start of class, your child will forfeit the class. Session fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
